| Project description | The aim of the project is to implement student-based learning practices in the workplace by ensuring wider employment opportunities for students. Internships for teachers and staff aiming to improve the quality of education and to share good practices and innovations in the field of vocational training. The aim of the project is to respond to Karalius Mindaugas Vocational Training Centre 2021 – 2023 Internationalization strategy and its action plan. The following tasks are set during the implementation of this project: 1. Expand the circle of international partners with countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal and Spain, which are strong in implementing work-based learning. 2. Provide greater opportunities for more people to participate in mobility activities abroad. 3. Qualitatively implement and enable 95% of longer-term student mobility activities. Apply the elements of the ECVET system to the assessment and crediting of achievements. 4. Take over innovations from foreign countries and improve the qualification of employees. |
