PROFILE OF SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

Competences of qualification:

  1. Welcome guests.
  2. Provide information to a guest about possible additional services in the company.
  3. Carry out the accounting of economic instruments and financial documents.
  4. Carry out the accounting of tangible assets.
  5. Inform the company’s security service and other responsible employees about the occurrence of undesirable situations.
  6. Assist guests in case of emergencies.
  7. Look after plants indoors and outdoors.
  8. Maintain order in the outdoor area.
  9. Tidy living rooms and common premises.
  10. Clean various surfaces and coatings.
  11. Maintain the condition of equipment and inventory in guest rooms.
  12. Select food products.
  13. Make breakfast snacks and/ or dishes.
  14. Prepare a dining hall (venue).
  15. Serve drinks and dishes to guests.
  16. Serve drinks and dishes to guests in the rooms.

Competences of optional modules:

  1. Prepare facilities for conferences and other events.
  2. Serve guests during conferences and other events.
  3. Provide textile item maintenance services.
  4. Carry out economic accounting of the laundry.

  5. Breakfast preparation.
  6. Catering service provision to guests.
  7. Introduction to the labour market.

Optional modules:

  1. Service during conferences and other events.
  2. Maintenance of textile products in the laundry of a company providing accommodation services.
