During the international meeting of the INLESSON project, digital content material in the field of beauty was developed

Regarding the current situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Development Department of King Mindaugas Vocational Training Center is participating in international project meetings online. One of such meetings – the Erasmus+ project Innovative Teaching and Learning Practice in the Field of Professions in the Beauty Sector (No. 2019-1-LT01-KA202-060758) – with partners from Belgium, Portugal and Greece was held in Athens on September 17-18, 2020.

During the meeting, the accomplished work, its further improvement and preparations for further project activities were discussed. Digital learning materials have been developed for testing with the most popular IT tools.
“Currently, digital content training materials for hybrid learning in the Beauty Sector have been developed and the most popular free IT tools with absolutely clear instructions on how to use them to enable teachers to create interactive digital learning materials have been presented. The methodology for organising hybrid training in the Beauty Sector has also been developed,” says project coordinator Ms. Gintarė Lisauskaitė.
King Mindaugas Vocational Training Center has developed training materials on the topic “Hardware Cosmetology” for the Facial Care module. Partners from other countries have developed the topics “Facial Scrub”, “Care of Different Facial Skin” for the same module. King Mindaugas VTC has also developed learning materials on the topic “Beard and Moustache Trimming” for the Men’s Trimming module – other partners have developed the topics “90° Haircut”, “Bob Haircut” for the same module. This training material will be tested (provided to students) in the autumn term, 2020.
