The project I Choose to Move is intended to increase children’s physical activity

King Mindaugas Vocational Training Center is implementing the Sports Support Foundation project I Choose to Move (project No. SRF-FAV-2019-1-0186). The projects ai to promote the development of health-promoting physical activity and increase physical literacy in society.

During the implementation of the project, a children’s physical activity camp takes place in King Mindaugas Vocational Training Center practical training facility Talking Gardens on August 21-30.
At the camp, children learn about a variety of physical activity and sports games to develop the provision that physical activity does not necessarily have to be a challenging activity requiring high levels of athletic excellence, and that sports can be done easily and regardless of the season and weather conditions.
The camp provides opportunities to try different types of physical activity: walking, running, Nordic walking, various outdoor games and dancing.

The project is co-financed by the Sports Support Foundation funds.
