|Project coordinator||Karalius Mindaugas vocational training centre|
|Project duration||April, 2009 – June, 2011 . 26 months.|
|Project duration||The aim of the project – after the reconstruction of the building at Karalius Mindaugas av. 11, increase energy efficiency and reduce thermal energy consumption: up to 56.1% of heat energy consumption from heat consumption and about 40% of electricity after replacement of indoor lighting and electrical installations.
After the energy audit of the building, it was determined that in order to increase energy efficiency, it is appropriate to implement the following activities: floor insulation, walls insulation, windows and doors replacement, roof insulation, ventilation system reconstruction by installing heat recovery unit, lighting system reconstruction.
Significant savings in energy resources and costs have been achieved through the implementation of the planned technical and administrative energy saving measures. Improved energy performance has made it possible to make better use of the infrastructure of the Karalius Mindaugas Vocational Training Centre by improving working and learning conditions.
