Project description The aim of the project is to improve the teaching process, expand the employment opportunities for students and graduates and prepare students for the real work environment by ensuring quality internships and traineeships for students and teachers abroad, according to European vocational training and labour market.
During the project, activities will be implemented in order to get acquainted with the specifics of work abroad, innovations, work tools and techniques, development of training programs. Linguistic, cultural and professional competencies will be developed to meet the real the work environment. Project participants will do internships in Portugal, Italy and Germany institutions and companies. During the project implementation, 45 participants from 8 training programs will participate in mobility activities:
– 1 teacher of hairdressing training program will go for internship for one week and 5 students for two weeks in Portugal to improve their knowledge in the field of hairdressing and 1 graduate will complete a long three-month internship in a company;
– In the tailor training program, 1 teacher will go on a one-week internship and 4 students on a two-week internship in Italy, where they will improve their professional skills in clothing processing and fabric production;
– One teacher of the tailor-designer and modeler will go on a one-week visit and 4 students on a two-week visit in Italy and 1 graduate will gain practical knowledge and skills through a long three-month internship;
– 1 teacher for one week and 2 students for two weeks will go to Italy to acquire practical knowledge in the application of production techniques;
– In the Small Business Service Provider training program, 1 teacher will do an internship for one week and 4 students for two weeks in Italy, specializing in facilities maintenance;
– In the Recreational Services Agent Training Programs 1 teacher for one week and 5 students for two weeks will do an internship in Italy to improve in guest service; – 1 teacher for one week and 5 students for two weeks will go to Germany to deepen their knowledge of training principles and 1 graduate will further deepen their knowledge in the professional field through a long three-month internship;
– In the Paramedic programme 1 teacher will take one week, 4 students for two weeks and 1 graduate for a long three-month internship in Germany to acquire the necessary practical skills in a paramedic specialization.
Project budget 92 332 EUR
