|Project description||The Massage and Foot Care for Our Health and Wellness project united three vocational training organizations in the Baltic States, which implement massage and foot care training programs and services. Project goals:
– to raise the qualifications of foot care and massage specialists;
– to improve the quality of vocational training;
-to share international experience in applying the latest technologies and methods.
The project was been implemented through exchanges between the three Baltic States by sending 2 massage specialists to Estonia and 2 foot care specialists to Latvia. In order to achieve the most effective results, the Karalius Mindaugas Vocational Training Centre will have accepted 4 specialists from Estonia and Latvia, who shared their skills and experience with massage and foot care teachers working at the Centre. The implementation of this project will strongly contribute to the improvement of the quality of teaching and professional qualifications, the promotion of international cooperation, the application of the latest technologies in the professional field, the identification of similarities and differences in professional skills. Such international experience ensures continuous professional development in the professional field.
