Project description A key project objective is to reshape the transition of young people from school to training through concrete cooperation between the participating schools and a network of companies in three partner countries, Germany, Poland and Lithuania.
The main objective of the project is to help students to transition from school to vocational training by promoting the awareness of their personal
learning experiences, with a special focus on the development of empathy, key and digital competences.
Result 1. First experiences of the participants in the moderation of the Learning- and Subject-PerLe during the trainings on the job.
Result 2. A theoretically deepened understanding of “Das PerLen- Konzept” by connecting it to the scientific-pedagogical context of the participants from the participating countries;
Result 3. The participation of educational institutions and company representatives in the “applicant markets” .
After completion of the project it is expected: the publication of a book with success stories of the participants from the course of the project; The introduction of subject PerLe as a possible certificate of achievement at schools; At regional level the permanent networking between schools and companies through the format of the “Applicants’ markets”; The implementation of the concept to other countries and regions (through further projects, literature, assistance, training, support, webinars etc.); At European level the possibility of initiating a study on the effectiveness of instruments such as Europass, ECVET and Youthpass compared to the effectiveness of ”Das PerLen-Konzept”.
